香港樓市：待批預售伙數為17個月新高
地政總署公布，4月待批及批出預售樓花同意書情況。
其中，有2個項目申請售樓紙，共涉666伙，分別為恒地牽頭的紅磡首岸2期，提供384伙。
另一個為長實發展的啟德花語海3期，設有282伙。
目前有31個項目待批預售，涉及10,620伙，按月增6.6%，為17個月新高。
